Creative head on various branding and experiential projects for Disney, Toyota and Apple. Helped lead and build creative department capabilities during a busy growth period in the company. Pitched and won various projects.

GROUP CREATIVE DIRECTOR, TBWA\CHIAT\DAY LA, CA – DEC 2014–MAY 2016

Creative group head on Twitter and Nissan of North America. Responsible for creating, implementing and leading regional brand vision. Creative directed first Super Bowl ad for Nissan in 17 years, which was nominated for a Primetime Emmy award, Successfully relaunched the brand’s aesthetic approach. Created the first ever television advertising campaign for Twitter, launching their “Moments” feature. Led, mentors and manages a creative team of 35.

Created curriculum for advanced level Advertising department class. Provides students with concept-based assignments, instructing them on how to create briefs, 360º campaigns as well as branding solutions for a number of clients, giving detailed feedback and direction to help develop their creative skills as art directors and writers.

Helped to create a strategic brand vision and lead creative development and execution on multiple campaigns and projects including Apple’s new brand campaign and initiative. Mentor and manage a group of up to 20 creatives.

EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR, TBWA\MEDIA ARTS LAB LONDON, UK – JUL 2009- DEC 2012

Produced and managed localization and adaptation of Apple's global advertising campaigns across Europe, changing the approach from process-driven to conceptually-driven. Built a creatively-led culture and helped to grow the office from a staff of 48 to 130 including a creative department of 34. Mentored and managed a team of creatives from 6 different European markets.
